In a food processor or blender, add all ingredients and mix until just creamy.
Enjoy with carrot or celery sticks, your favourite crackers, as a spread on a sandwich, mixed into your salad or straight out of the bowl!!
The perfect way to connect A Skype consultation is a great way to connect, without the worry of having to travel. It’s the same experience as if you were sitting with me in the clinic, face to face. Skype also allows us to be more flexible with our consultation times, so we are not restricted to clinic hours, this is especially helpful if you work 9-5. Currently I’m conducting Skype consultations on Monday, Friday & Saturday.
